Fans of Warner Bros. animation and DC Studios, enjoy: Bat-Fam We are here to take you through many times with Gotham’s crusader and little batman.
After the ceremonial draw of the Merry Little BatmanA holiday feature presented by Damien Wayne (Yonas Kibreab), Prime Video brings back the Aunts who are the heroes of growing up at Wayne Manor. This time, there is a new ward, Claire (Haley Tju)-Iserly Volcana, but after falling into the Lazarus pit, she becomes a new and older sister to Sister. Alfred (James Cromell) returns, and is joined in the fun by his niece, Alicia Pennyworth (London Hughes). And all of them, they are attacked by the ghost of Ra’s Al Ghul (Michael Benyaer), Damien’s grandfather, who urges the young Batman to join the dark side.
Here are eight things we liked about Prime Video and Amazon Kids + Series and two things we didn’t.
Liked: Bruce’s reading was a single father
It really does take a village of superheroes to raise children. Bruce Wayne has two children now in Claire and Damien, siblings who have their own teenage elders and teenagers – on the low side – who have a lot to deal with. Fortunately, Alfred, who was ready and a parent again, and Alicia helped with the Angst ang ang ang teenagers. The main relationships of this show carry and really make it an entertaining watch.
I didn’t like: Robin is not part of the family
Robin, as we know him, the sidekick and first ward to Batman’s Crusader, is no longer seen as the main member of the Wayne family. It makes sense, since the show wants to include Claire as the older sibling. It’s a new relationship and a lot to explore, and we’ve seen a lot of Damien and Robin on other shows, lately Harley quinn.
Favorites: Volcana and vil-transformed villains
Old daughters! As a teenager battling her inner demons, this time her ownership of an old volcano, Claire relates. We love the point of a goth using his darkness in a good arc, and this show has it in a big way. He and the other villains were revived by Alicia’s work with her e-vil (ex-villains) organization doing evil. Like to see Tut, Giganta, and others try to focus on military life.
Likes: Rogues’ gallery and lots of baddies
The Bad Guy Lineup in Bat-Fam A killer, and not just because of the killer frost. The show features Killer Croc, Clayface, the Mad Hatter, and, of course, the tops of one crime lord. Each of the original Villonds in the show poses a risk in ways that really test the bat-Fald as they meet, despite Batman’s reluctance to work with the team or inspire the young batman to fight crime.
You didn’t like: Is hello hello hello please “meow”?
Alas, Selina Main in this show is Wayne’s family cat. Catkazi is not here, which would be difficult since Damien’s mother is Talia. The Feline variant is the funniest and most adorable Easter Egg take on the Iconic Gotham City Siren, though.
Likes: A little Batman action
Damien is the right Hero Kids, all you need is Gotham. With the talents of Wayne and his Al Ghul Lineage, Scripw Smart and senses danger faster than his father and grandmother. The Kid’s Joyful Take on Crime Fighting is a joy to watch and makes for some great action scenes. We especially love his fight with Clayface and the other surprising decisions he makes later when the big bad comes out.
Favorite: Bruce on his toes
Bruce being out of the suit and being allowed to be a father is not an arc we expected to be emotionally cohesive. Alicia and Alfred really bring out the best of what Bruce can be without his batman identity, and their relationship speaks to the supporting cast not only from their families but also from the people their family has found.
Liked: Alfred Pennyworth, MVP
Alfred is the heart of the show, the glue that holds the family together. He is a parenting document that helps Bruce realize that he is no longer a child; Now he is the breadwinner of the superhero ntood he is raising. And it’s great to see Alfred take on the bat armored suit when the family continues with one of their first superheroes. He finally starts on the bench and gets to kick baddie butt. We survived this!
Favorites: Volcano and Little Batman Team-Up
Young Batman and Volcana rise as the main heroes of the series, leading the charge. Such a great story to be the centerpiece of the show. Damien helps Claire out of her shell to see that she can be the beautiful she always was with a heartfelt and sweet personality. My older sisters can understand and realize that together with my younger brothers, they can do more, like saving Gotham city.
Likes: Leave it to those of us who want more
The first season of Bat-Fam Is it all: Is it a new relationship of a beloved family, many steps, funny battles, sharp outbreaks, amazing art direction, and official moments of trickery, and official moments of loyalty that show all fans of all ages. We love the style of the show, the situations, and the stories they put into the DC Comics comics that aren’t really inspired in other ways. We can’t wait for the bat-Fam to be converted again!
