Another added: “Love you and your content but very disappointed in this word bet. You need to support this group whether you join or not.”

Brown’s Dillon Gabriel clarifies the comments that “enjoy” the competition between QB and Shedeur Sanders

Sanders made his first career start last week as Gabriel, who was selected by the Browns two rounds ahead of Sanders in the 2025 NFL Draft, was in full coltocol.

However, after finishing regulation, brown head coach Kevin Stefanski announced the team will stick with Sanders, and it will be a long time to see what he can give the team moving forward.

Analysts think that Caswell hates on brown now that his fiancé was not the starter of the team, but he responded in the end.

“To everyone complaining about the caption, I’m obviously happy with the brownies…obviously a joke. If we’re not laughing,” he wrote.

While Sanders suffered his first loss as a starter, Stefanski noted after the game that he would remain the starting quarterback against the Tennessee Titans with a 1-11 record on the year.

The relationship between the two Rookie Quarterbacks received national attention, and it received some controversy during training when Gabriel made a comment when asked about the quarterback competition during his time with the Philadelphia Eagles.

“There are cheerleaders and there are competitors,” Gabriel said at the time. “And I totally understand that, and my job is to compete. And that’s what I’m focused on doing.”

Many took that to be a reference to Sanders, although Gabriel later clarified that he was referring to members of the media as entertainers in his interview.

Gabriel said: “Everybody (in) this room is exciting,” Gabriel said. “You have a job to do, and I respect you. Right? And I’m competition, so I have a job to do.”

Gabriel went 1-5 in six starts as the Browns’ starter this season. He threw for 937 yards with seven touchdowns and two interceptions, while throwing for a 59.5% completion rate.

At that time, Sanders became the Browns rookie Quarterback to win his first start since 1999 – a 24-10 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders on the road. But the 49ers proved too much for Sanders and the Browns, as they lost 26-8, with the Colorado product throwing for 149 yards with one touchdown and a 64% completion rate.
