President Trump close to marijuana reform

President Donald Trump could quickly direct the federal government to declassify cannabis as a dangerous drug, the Washington Post reported late Thursday.
Directing the same order of biden-injala to reduce restrictions, Trump has a high weight that will direct the Federal agencies to submit 3 sources of Federal acressotions, according to six, which charges six awards of information for the information of the conversation between the President and the Pepublican Governor Mike John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John John Johnny.
The timing is unclear – as is the President’s commitment.
Trump, who over the summer had promised to take a closer look at marijuana within weeks, “may change his mind,” according to the Post’s sources, who added that the exact plan has not been finalized.
But if it is true – and if it is executed again – The revival of marijuana can bring great benefits to the $32 Cannabis Sector, the first of which is the failure of the Orerous tax law that prohibits 1 fish sellers.
Deregulation of cannabis would also be the second big policy win in Washington in quick succession.
Last month, Trump signed into law a redefinition of hemp that largely bans THP-derived products, which many controlled cannabis companies saw as separate competition.
Marijuana administration with trump in the oval office to get the negotiations back
During the phone call on Wednesday, Trump informed Johnson, an opponent of cannabis reform, that he intends to address marijuana reform, according to the post.
At the time of the call, the “managers who work for money” in the marijuana industry “were in the aval office, the Secretary of Health Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and Mehmet Oz, who work as the head of the Medicare and Medicaid agencies, said the paper.
It’s not immediately clear who the executives are, although several Marijuana leaders have worked to build relationships with the Trump White House.
This includes Cresco Labs Executive Chief Oxerict Charlie Bachtell and ConLbus Corp CORP.
Last fall, Trump became the first major representative of a major party to agree on the use of marijuana law for adults when he sent support for the program in Florida, where there is no trace of the spread and where Trump is a registered voter.
Trump also allowed a reset — a surprising turn in the eyes of some observers who saw Trump steal the Cannabis Reform Surder Survey away from the Democratic Party.
Many industry observers see this as a result of Rivers’ influence.
Some cannabis reformers seem to have access to the President.
In September, Trump posted on his social account a video of the medical benefits of CBD produced by an organization called the Commonwealth Project, Howard Kessler, a member of the Mar-A-Lago Club.
‘With this Lawyer, anything is possible’
The controversy was real enough that one of the enemies of the legal roof of Marijuana Actually to sound the alarm, while warning that the reset is no longer a deal.
“Obviously, not the result we want,” said Kevin SABET, former White House drug chief who is President and CEO of Smart Marijuana.
“This was a very powerful battle for the administration, but at the end of the day, President Trump listened to business partners and friends – not on science, not on data.”
“We will see if this happens or not,” he added. “At the end of the day, really, with this President, anything is possible.”

Marjuana Rescheduling was released under the bid
If Trump were to reschedule marijuana, he would be in an unlikely position to complete the biden-era business.
Biden targeted by agencies on Oct. Oct. 2022 Reexamining the status of Marijuana under Federal law.
That led to Federal Health Regaders’ Aug. 2023 Declaration that cannabis has a “currently accepted” medical use in the United States – Findings based on part of the Cannabis Program data.
The following spring, the justice department’s office of legal counsel signed off on issuing the proposed change. This process then went up to the last six months of the bid term.
The hearing of advice on Marijuana again before the supreme judge of drug administration was rebuilt due to Trump’s opening among cannabis advocates that the DEA was working to ensure that the process would not be arbitrary.
