Days of Our Lives spoilers for December 29 – Jan 2, 2025 reveal Theo Carver’s (Tyler Joseph Andrews) life is on the line and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) finds a new cooking scheme.

As we always do with an early edition day, we’re starting with what’s coming up this week. Then we get into what’s coming next week.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Mayhem in the Mausoleum

So on Wednesday, December 24, Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and Eli are home in Salem for the holidays to see their family. They will get quality time with Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and the Hortons, with Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Paulina Price (Jackee Harry), with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and baby Trey. I wonder if we’ll see Jules and Carver hang up their decorations. And I’m sure Lani will wake up in the hospital to check on her brother Theo, who is in serious danger later this week.

Meanwhile, chaos in the mausoleum. EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) fight to get out of there and get Theo and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) some much-needed medical attention. Crazy Peter Blake (Jason Brooks) has brought Sarin gas into the crypt to kill them all. But first, he took the remedy because of course, the usual villain moves. Thankfully, when Kristen closed it, the bottle stayed closed. Both Theo and Kristen need medical attention and need to get out.

Days of Our Lives spoilers: Rafe and Jada on the hunt

Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) make a mad dash to find the DiMeras. They have some clues to seal in the crypt. Julie makes the difficult decision to postpone the holiday festivities. She may want to wait until Chad is back and can join her children who appear to be in Boston with Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Horton (Cady McClain).

We also have Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) hitting town soon. Thursday, December 25, Christmas Day, we have Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) bringing news to Chanel. The supplemental test results make it look like Sarah is going to tell Chanel that it’s not the cancer that’s causing the high hCG levels, but the bun in the oven.

But will this pregnancy be considered too dangerous to carry to term? The hostages are finally freed in the Christmas Day episode. It looks like Rafe and Jada might free them and take care of the armed guards hiding outside. But at least the kidnapper is caught and brought down. And as we’re saying, it was really Peter. EJ is very happy to be out of that secret and he and Johnny have a good time.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Paula and Abe Worry

Kidnapping aside, Paulina and Abe are worried about Theo. He suffered a serious head injury after trying to take down Peter and was knocked to the ground for his trouble. Abe prays by Theo’s bed and hopes that he will come out of it. Also, Rafe will take those bones to the FBI lab for identification. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) sleeps with Kristen, who is also in the hospital, because of her bad infection. Brady (Eric Martsolf) is furious that Kristen kept Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) shooting EJ a secret from her.

On Friday, December 26, we have Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) delivering a peace offering in the form of an old Christmas present to Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). And Xander also apologizes to go with it. But any admiration he gets from Maggie will go out the door when Xander fires Brady in a jealous rage over Sarah Horton soon after. So Brady meets Sarah, gives her the latest update. Kristen is out. He is in the hospital. They spend some time sitting in the square and Brady goes for a kiss and makes out with Sarah.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Jeremy Helps Julie

Jeremy Horton (Trevor Donovan) helps Julie welcome the family to a party to hang the decorations. Julie finds comfort in Eli and Lani as she hangs Doug’s (Bill Hayes) ornament. Lani comforts her ex JJ who lost Abby Deveraux (AnnaLynne McCord) this Christmas.

Jennifer and Jack returned to Salem with Thomas DiMera (Christopher Cary) and Charlotte DiMera (Olivia & Oakley Rondou). So Chad and the kids had an emotional reunion at Christmas. They hang Abigail’s ornament on the tree. And hopefully Chad’s kidnapping ordeal will get Jennifer to drop this adoption case Days of Our Lives.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: December 29th – January 2nd

The week of December 29th to January 2nd, Rafe is supposed to report that the FBI found an ID on the bones from the crypt and Kristen has a full and complete exoneration. We know it’s not Peter. Abe is worried about Theo, but hopefully they will have a Christmas miracle and this battle for his life will be a full recovery before the new year begins. I hope Jada comes in to check in with Theo.

Kristen tries to make amends with Peter by deceiving him and then blackmailing him. But come on, let’s face it. Kristen needed to do it and Peter would come. But he doesn’t want anything about her. And Peter is mad at Kristen. He was torn apart when Kristen attacked him. He is in a hurry to pass The Bayview to see Rachel, but I think she will have to tie up some tight tricks first. So, we’ll probably see Belle Black (Martha Madison) talk to him about that.

Gwen’s Shocking New Year’s Wedding Scheme

Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) are excited to get married on New Years. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will officiate. Leo hopes that Chad will be his best man. And Leo wants his old lover Gwen there. He’s waiting for the invitation and he has Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) at work in a dazzling original Gabi-chic dress.

But Gwen also plans to bring another shocker with her. We know she’ll be bringing her husband Dimitri von Leuschner DiMera (Peter Porte) to town soon. But will she be her Leo wedding date? We know he and EJ have Dimitri on ice somewhere they can keep him contained.

We also know that when Dimitri returns, it will shake things up. He will kiss Leo. But is this lip lock between Dimitri and Leo before or after her marriage to Javi? Also, I bet we’ll find out that the breakup letter that crushed Leo and broke his heart was written by Gwen and not his Alamanian Hottie.

Chanel’s Pregnancy Bombshell Rocks Johnny’s World

We also have Johnny freaking out after Chanel reveals she’s pregnant, but Johnny may still be worried about having a natural child and passing on his demonic DiMera DNA.
