Highlights: Katie Gets HUGE Wins – Ridge & Brooke Explode in Jealous Rage?!

Bold and Beautiful Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) starring as Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is in over her head with this fashion house and that she has no right to name her new company after her.

But Brooke and Ridge may find that Katie can hold her own and score high against them. We’ll talk about Brooke and Ridge’s tantrums when things don’t go their way.

Brooke’s Way Out of Line in The Bold and the Beautiful

Okay, so we just saw Brooke change her knickers because Katie wants to name her new fashion company Logan. Not only does Brooke think she’s the only one in the family who can use the family name, but she and Ridge think that Logan being her pet name is somehow part of the persuasive argument.

In addition, Brooke accused Katie of trying to take away her fame. I didn’t think Brooke was very nice to her sister. He glared at her as he walked out the door Spencer Publications. But Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) wants Katie to teach Brooke and Ridge a lesson. And I think Katie is there for that. Bill will support him.

The Bold and the Beautiful: Brooke Logan and Ridge Forrester Face the Ultimate Trademark Race

So, we’re going to win big. I think Katie can score over Brooke and Ridge to teach them a lesson about their holier-than-thou attitude where Katie is concerned. So, here are a few big wins that I think are possible for him.

First, there is the problem of Logan designs trademark that Forrester Creations let’s end last year. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) saw that they hadn’t renewed it and Bill said, “Hold it now.” Meanwhile, Brooke was screaming and Ridge wanted Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) to revive her.

We are still finishing Forrester Creations because they had seen the same thing—that it was gone. But with Liam and Carter both clicking to register at the same time, it’s a foot race. We’ll see who has the best Wi-Fi. I suspect Liam might beat Carter to the punch because that’s a soapier effect.

The Bold and the Beautiful: Brooke Has No Legitimate Leg to Stand On

And if Liam gets it, I doubt it The Forrester you can sue because, first, you have to use a trademark to be able to protect it. Brooke never used Logan designs more than 20 years, and they let it go. Katie has an official site to use if Liam can register it. Katie’s last name, too. Courts do not like to prevent people from being able to use their names in their businesses.

There is a great record. I googled all of this just out of curiosity about intellectual property law. I think you will win in court if it goes to trial. And if Bill and Katie win this trademark race, you know Brooke and Ridge are going to explode.

Will Liam Spencer Nab Be a Future Brand Hope on The Bold and the Beautiful?

So, another thing that could send them into a tailspin is if Liam decides to revisit the trademark on Hope for the Future. You know, maybe Carter was really lazy and let the trademark expire on Hope Logan (Annika Noelle’s fashion line). That would be a real bummer if Liam managed to catch her with that one, because it would leave Hope room to leave. Forrester Creations if he wants and takes his brand name.

After all, it is really associated with him because he is “Themba” in it Hope for the Future. Therefore, that may hold in court if they also allow that trademark to lapse even though they have been using it. So, Liam might as well give that to Hope even if he stays FC putting him in control of his own destiny in case Ridge and Brooke misunderstand him. We haven’t seen Hope and Liam discuss how Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is forcing Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) to get back on his line again.

But I’m sure that will be a problem. Liam won’t like it. So, yes, Carter may have been comfortable with a lot of legal stuff during the coup while he and Hope ran Forrester and were busy in the CEO’s office. So maybe Carter dropped the ball Logan’s trademark and maybe he also threw the ball at Logan Hope for the Future trademark and.

Hope Logan Considers Jumping Ship To Join Katie Logan’s B&B Rival

The third win we saw Katie score was also related to Hope. You know, he and Carter lead a coup d’état at Forrester Creations. So maybe Hope will join another fight. And you are one of the few people Forrester Creations who might decide they’d rather work for Katie than stick with Ridge and Brooke. Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) doesn’t like the way Brooke treats Katie.

I don’t think Themba will agree. And we already hate the way Steffy treats him. You know, you forced Hope’s hand to work with Thomas again. And Hope is upset that Steffy burned Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone). Most of all, I doubt Hope has forgotten that Ridge called her a nasty little name, and that wasn’t too long ago. Also, Hope is married to Liam, and she’s on Katie’s team, so Hope is Spencer now. Bold and Beautiful.

And if he can jump ship and run his line the way he wants at the new company, Logan, he can because he will be able to hire Deke but this time at Katie’s company. You know, I think Hope would really like to work with Deke and avoid working with Thomas. I’m sure Brooke won’t like it, but if Steffy is still pushing Hope really hard, Ridge is acting bad, and Brooke is giving Ridge a bad rap, Hope might feel like she just needs to go.

I think Hope’s father, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), would be happy if the Forresters no longer had to answer to him, especially after they forced Hope to fire his brother. So, we can see Deacon telling Hope that working with her aunt Katie and the Spencers is the best way forward.

Eric Forrester Could Be Katie Logan’s Secret Weapon

Another thing that could happen for Katie’s benefit is that Eric Forrester (John McCook) could step in as her consultant and interim lead designer. Donna knows that Erics has created a perfect collection and it is the best work of his design career. And Ridge has made it clear that he no longer wants to look at Eric’s designs. I thought it was bad. Ridge was a mess for Eric at Christmas when he tried to show his son his latest design. That was a Santa suit, not one of Eric’s designs.

But Ridge wouldn’t listen to his dad, period. You know, he doesn’t listen to Eric. And even at Christmas, Ridge couldn’t stop being a jerk to his father. He said, “No, Father, we’re not going to talk about that.” So, I don’t think Ridge deserves to see Eric’s collection. At least until it is on the runway presented as the first clothes by Logan, a rival design house.

Ridge was very critical of Eric and gave that sweet Christmas speech. Ridge was praising Eric, but to me it was completely false because as we all know, actions speak louder than words. And Ridge’s actions show disrespect for his father. I think everything he said was only verbal because the family was there.

Bill Spencer Uses Fashion Eye To Destroy Forrester Creations?

Okay, one last big win for Katie as we head into this battle of fashion rival houses for Bill to have. Spencer Publications’ magazine Look at Fashion highly recommend and promote Katie’s new brand, Logan.

At the same time, Look at Fashion can start taking hits on Forrester Creations. Bill can get his staff to shut down arguments behind the scenes of FC. You know, how would the fashion world react to hearing that Ridge fired Eric, pushed the design legend out of the company he founded, and forced him into retirement?

Or finding that out The Forrester mistreatment Hope for the Futureshe canceled it for personal reasons, she renewed it, she can’t keep the designer going, and then the CEOs force Hope to work with her ex who stalked her? Not good optics either.

Therefore, Bill could have his people simply write the truth in the articles Look at Fashion and it will Forrester Creations and Ridge and Brooke look really bad. All of these things will make Ridge and Brooke explode.

We know this week that Ridge, Brooke, and Carter are destroying Katie’s company. So, things will go from bad to worse between Katie and Brooke soon. Their sisterly relationship may never end. I’m here for all the drama.
