Sued me, but I still think this is new The Ghostbustersyes, the Paul Feig one that plays women, is the best of the new crop The Ghostbusters films. It actually understood what made the original perfect (goofy! funny! fun!) and tried to do that, instead of relying on nostalgia. And no, I will not answer the phone about my opinion at this time.
Harry and the Hendersons (January 1 on Netflix)
I haven’t seen the movie in about 30 years or so, but when it came out in 1987, it was a masterpiece of visual effects and comedy. Bigfoot lives with family. What don’t you like?

11.22.63 (January 7 on Netflix)
This miniseries produced by JJ Abrams, based on the novel by Stephen King, never got the love it deserved when it was released, but it’s really good. James Franco (ugh, we know) stars as a man who travels back in time to stop the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
