Leading HMO provider Intellicare reinforces its long-term commitment to Leading the Ripple of Care, a philosophy based on gratitude, performance, and meaningful growth, as it marks 30 years in healthcare management and advances its vision to 2026.
Intellicare commemorated this milestone at a recent Pearls of Celebration event at the SMX Convention Center Manila, bringing together employees and loyal customers and long-term partners, including employee health care benefit managers and consultants, to recognize the shared efforts that have shaped the organization over the years.
“As we are together we will celebrate Intellicare’s 30th day that is celebrated every year, I am filled with a quiet sense of reflection and a wonderful sense of honor. ‘Leading Ripples of Care,’ perfectly captures who we are at heart. Because at Intellicare, all service activities create a difference that reaches families, communities, and lives beyond what we see in a moment,” said Intellicare Vice President Audrey Gallardo.
Featuring concerts, announcements, and awards, the event showcased Intellicare’s decade-long tradition of caring, which starts from within, extends to key partners, providers, members, and ultimately extends to all Philippine healthcare.

Carefully at our core, we aim to lead the ripple, so that it grows continuously and feels deep,” said the Chairman of Intellicare Mario Silos.
Strong industry performance
Intellicare demonstrated its commitment to reliable healthcare management following its strong third quarter performance based on the Insurance Commission (IC) 2025 HMO Third Quarter Report. The company recorded a total revenue of PHP 715 million, the highest among HMOs in the said period. Together with its sister company, Avega Managed Care, Inc., Intellicare accounted for approximately 39% of the sector’s revenue for the quarter.
While the company’s numbers were good, Intellicare insists its operations are focused on care and humanity.
“Health care only happens when people choose to care consistently, ethically, and courageously. We may measure our progress in numbers – lives served, clinics built, teams grown – but our real impact lives in the moments: relief after uncertainty, recovery after illness, dignity restored, hope renewed,” said Intellicare President Jeremy Matti.
He concludes with a promise: “Intelligence will continue to lead with sincerity, endurance, and heart.”
Expanding the Ripple of Care
Looking ahead, Intellicare wants to bring digital improvements to the AGORA application as the main gateway for member services, the extensive use of electronic RCS (eRCS Express) to facilitate referrals and consultation requests and procedures, and the development of customer service lines with better response systems and tools.
The company is also expanding reach through Intellicare Locale, a series of HMO plans designed for budget-conscious MSMEs in regional growth centers.
In addition, Intellicare deepens the integration of the pillars of Economic, Environmental, Social, and Governance (EESG) in all its activities, from the consideration and support of local suppliers to the promotion of sustainable daily practices among employees.
