Days of Our Lives: EJ’s Sinister Scheme – Bringing Lexie back from the dead to control Theo?
Days of Our Lives suggests that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) may be planning a big business scheme for DiMera Enterprises using his dead sister Lexie Carver (Renee Jones) as a tool to manipulate and manipulate his son Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson). EJ conspires with Abe Carver (James Reynolds) to keep Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) in the CEO seat and make sure Theo doesn’t come back.

He promised Abe that he had a plan to remove Theo from the CEO seat, but EJ told Abe that he didn’t really need to know the details of the plan. And that’s because if EJ tells Abe the truth, he might have a real coronary, because what EJ is planning is truly shocking.
For several months now, fans have been speculating about who Dr. Wilhelm Rolf is planning to revive. We know it’s someone close to EJ, and we know the person in the big tube in Rolf’s lab is a woman. And with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and the kids gone until April, I’m pulling out Abigail Deveraux (AnnaLynne McCord). I think it would be great to bring him back, and maybe we will one day. And of course, we know that his tomb was empty and his remains have not been found.
Is Lexie Carver Returning to Days of Our Lives?
However, some of the red flags of EJ, Rolf, and the physical person don’t really match what Abby is waking up to. There have been many dire predictions suggesting that Rolf’s special patient is Abe’s late wife, Lexie Carver, who is Theo’s mother.
Also, in the big winter promo, we saw EJ show Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) who was shocked that she was the woman on the tube. I don’t think EJ could scare her more than showing Paulina that she has Lexie, the love of Abe’s life, right there, and she’s about to be revived, awake, and back in Theo and Abe’s life.
That would leave Paulina facing almost losing her husband because I don’t think she would have run back to Lexie. Although the other benefit of all this is that EJ can destroy Paulina’s life because he hates her. EJ knows Theo is a bright guy. He has a bright future ahead of him, and EJ doesn’t wish Theo any ill will. Not at all.
The Discovery of Theo Carver and the Fight for the DiMera CEO Seat on DOOL
EJ’s goal is to keep Johnny around as DiMera The CEO goes along with Abe’s wish to keep Theo out DiMera and away from family. In fact, it was Abe who first went to EJ asking him to figure out how to get Theo to step down as CEO.
Johnny is now running the show, but Theo has just been cleared by his neurologist to return to work after recovering from a traumatic brain injury in a kidnapping. When Theo tells Abe and Paulina that he’s back at DiMera and is happy, his stepmother is as supportive as ever, but Abe storms out.
He was hoping that Theo would just back off DiMera since working there made him a victim of kidnapping. Abe is also concerned that Theo working for the family company will be in constant danger, which is justified.
EJ DiMera’s secret plan to stop Theo’s return
With Johnny out and Theo about to step back in as CEO, there’s an urgency to this. We may be experiencing that resurrection sooner rather than later. Abe went back to EJ to talk to him about stopping Theo’s return. EJ assured Abe that the plan was going ahead, but then wouldn’t tell Abe the details. Abe agrees with EJ, but is frustrated and impatient. Abe wants this to happen now Days of Our Lives.
However, EJ can’t just tell Abe, “By the way, I’m waiting to wake your dead wife up, Lexie. Then we’re going.” If you don’t remember, Abe lost his wife, Lexie, to an inoperable brain tumor. It was caused by exposure to poison in the DiMera tunnel when he was kidnapped by Andre DiMera (Thaao Penghlis). EJ was unapologetic about his role and how it all went down. He was really close to Lexie and really cares about her and Theo.
Rafe Hernandez and DiMera Lab’s Secret Search for Days
Meanwhile, EJ’s scheming assistant, Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) are still determined to find out what EJ is up to in the hospital’s new lab. It was interesting to see Cat and Rafe confused because EJ allowed the police to search Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) in the lab. They knew security was tight, but EJ opened the doors and let them in.
Little do they know that there is a secret lab within a secret lab. That big hidden lab is where EJ and Rolf have the lady in a hidden body. Cat knows something is going on because her brother Dr. Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson), Dr.’s right-hand man. Wilhelm Rolf, had to sign a strict NDA and would not tell Cat anything.
Rafe soon manages to get into a super secret lab and finds a human test tube and is amazed. But is the tube empty at that point or do you really open it? Also, there might be a point where they bring the pod person to the big lab to show Paulina and actually do a resurrection. That might be when Rafe stumbles upon him because they’re still trying to break the code to get into the lab and roam around, but the ISA device is slow.
New Revival Serum by Dr. Rolf and Brain Cell Regeneration
Dr. Rolf has finally perfected his resurrection serum by combining it with Versix, the miracle sepsis drug that saved Bo Brady’s (Peter Reckell) life last year. The key to it is that Versix helps the regeneration of brain cells. Brain cells rarely regenerate, let alone a dead person’s.
That’s exactly what Lexie needs. That is also the serum of Dr. Rolf was lacking because many times people came back with faulty memories or no memories at all. He’s been teasing people with the DiMeras for decades, but this new mix could be perfect and could make millions of dollars for EJ and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien).
Dr. Rolf doesn’t really care about the financial rewards, but he would probably like a big lab and the likes if it all works well and is profitable. Finally, here’s what I think the EJ plan is and how reviving the pod person will benefit him.
Lexie Carver’s Resurrection Effects on Days of Our Lives
First the obvious: if that’s Lexie on the tube, EJ is going to get his beloved sister back. Second, if he wakes up Lexie, there’s no way he’s going to let Theo keep working DiMera. And third, if Lexie comes back, Paulina’s wedding is ruined, which EJ will love.
When Theo’s mother, Lexie, comes back from the dead, it’s clear that Theo will do whatever she wants. And if Lexie doesn’t say anything DiMera, it should be so. That would leave the CEO seat open for Johnny to occupy. Let’s be real, you actually enjoy the job. It’s just that Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) hates being around anything DiMera.

However, we also know that we only have eight months of Johnny and Chanel before EJ’s son leaves Salem. Carson Boatman and Raven Bowens were fired when they returned from their Christmas vacation along with Leo Howard and Ashley Puzemis.
So, yes, it looks like we will get this resurrection soon because it has to happen in time to prevent Theo from taking the CEO seat again. So buckle up. We will have a return from the dead soon.
