SMDC to raise its biggest home celebration and investment currently at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall
SM DEWN Development Corporation (SMDC) is set to host this year’s biggest lifestyle and architecture exhibition, SMDC’s lifestyle showcase in November 2025, taking place from November 21 to 23 at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall.
Bringing together domestics, farmers, and lifestyle enthusiasts, the three-day celebration will feature special merchandise titles, ChinaaBank packages, and live performances from top partners, as well as great raffle prizes.
“Home Connership should be profitable and meaningful,” said Jessica Bianca Sy, President of Pessica Bianca, who is designer, creative and strategy at SMDC. “Through the SMDC Ehle Life Expo, we show how every Filipino can find a home that fits their goals – whether it’s building a future in the city, or living close to nature, or starting a family in a nurturing community.”
Visitors can explore augmented reality setups to visualize their future homes, call in Glam Bots and themed photo booths, including Life-Edition Life Expo merchandise and SM gift certificates. Guests can enjoy live music, an eco market, and indulge in premium complimentary coffee, fresh Wellness juices, or ice cream throughout the weekend.
The entertainment line-up will include some of the country’s favorite musicians, with Martin Nievera performing on Friday, singing on Saturday, and closing the festival on Sunday, as well as other guest artists and musical acts throughout the three-day event.
