Bureau Teveritas appoints Santiago Arias Duval as Senior Vice President of the Americas Region

Paris – Bureau Veritasglobal leader in testing, testing and rail (Tic), is pleased to announce the appointment of Santiago Arias Duval, effective November 17^th2025, as Senior Vice President, Americas. This appointment is in line with the new operating model of Bureau Veritas effective from September 1^east2025. Bureau Teveritas comes from the structure of the Executive Committee of the Executive Committee to drive greater alignment of the organization. This organization will empower the regions with major product lines, enable the development of global solutions, and will open up extensive sales opportunities.

The Americas region is designed to secure the fastest growing market opportunities across North, Central and South America. This is a strong region for all Bureau visitors where the group aims to expand its leadership in product lines and build new strongholds in growing markets. The New American Region Organization will leverage the scale of new solutions and services and will enable higher resource utilization across product lines.

Santiago Arias Duval will report to Hinda Gharbi, Chief Executive Officer of Bureau Veritas, and join the Group’s Executive Committee.

Santiago Arias Duval served as senior vice president and general manager of precision technology at Ingersoll Rand. In this role, he managed the overall strategy, operations, and commercial operations of a diverse set of businesses serving clients in multiple sectors worldwide.

Joining Ingersoll Rand in 2017, Santiago held a series of leadership positions to increase responsibility, including general manager of industrial pumps and Medical America and Vice President of Business Administration. Throughout his tenure, Santiago has consistently delivered organic growth above, issued multiple milestones, and driven significant EBITDA expansion through commercial efficiency, portfolio efficiency.

Prior to joining Ingersoll Rand, Santiago held leadership positions at Danahere Corporation, where he served as X-rite’s business unit leader and Liaison to new product commercialization companies. Earlier in his career, he worked in product management at Fluke (Danahere) and in general operations.

Santiago holds a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Mit) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
