Invoctus ushers in a new era for construction suppliers with an executive selection and industry celebration

A coalition of construction suppliers in the Philippines is pushing for strong industry collaboration and sustainable growth
The confederation of construction vendors of the Philippines, also known as Invictus, marked a milestone in October with the election and induction of its first set of officers. It is an event that doubles as a gathering of the country’s leading players in design and rendering.
Held in Grand Fashion, the night was as much about the community as it was about the leadership. About 400 guests – developers, engineers, builders, suppliers – gathered to celebrate the symbolic birth and the renewed call for cooperation in the construction industry.
The festivities opened with a traditional traditional dance that draws the singers into the crowd, followed by a dotting dragon ceremony, which shows “to be awakened by the dragon within the invifas. ” The guests later joined the Mail-Autunn inspired dice festival dice game, with nearly P2 million in prizes given away, sponsored by other big sponsors.
A new chapter of Inventictus
“Instead of invicsus, it is my great pleasure to welcome you all to our annual induction and autumn festival,” said President of InvecTus Aldrin The patientRick Chua in his letters of acceptance.“For nearly 35 years, the founders of Inventisi envisioned an organization of construction suppliers dedicated to helping one another. That same spirit of collaboration inspired us to revive that idea, leading to what we call Invizus today. “
Chua emphasized that the Federation’s name embodies the philosophy – “always winning, yet always humble.”
“As Deictus, we are committed to mutual benefit by working together with industry partners and pioneering new innovations in the construction industry,” he said. “Our goal is to ensure that every member of this Federation is not just a participant, but a leader in their field. “
Invoctus, now the largest association of construction suppliers in the country, is a member of the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry. This group aims to guide the industry towards modernity through shared values of beauty, creativity, and collaboration.
Respect for Culture and Development
The induction was led by Mayor Donya Tesoro of San Manuel, Tarlac, and witnessed by Senator Cynthia Villar, Speaker Frederick Tan, second construction manager of Megawide Construction Corporation and Philippide Decculict Association.
Villar, who has long promoted economic growth involving housing and infrastructure, congratulated the officials and acknowledged the role of construction vendors in the nation.
Tan, in his keynote, shares details of Megawide’s journey as one of the country’s leading infrastructure and infrastructure companies, from its inception – from its inception in 1994 to major projects such as Mapan-CEBUnCombined exchange aque. He emphasized the importance of innovation, resilience, and cooperation as a key to surviving and doubting in the midst of market conditions.
““Construction is not just about building buildings – it’s about creating the foundation for development,” Tan said. “The sector has faced many challenges, but we continue to move forward by investing in technology and sustainable solutions. “
Continued growth ahead
The night also included a presentation from Shiela Lobien, president of the LOBIEN Realty Group, which provided a high-level overview of the Philippine Real Estate and Construction Markets. Despite the global shocks, the country remains one of Asia’s fastest growing economies, with GDP expected to grow by 5-6% this year.
The Property Market, says Lobien, remains strong: “Developers are concentrating on residential and executive projects, while the office market is stabilizing as more firms return to site work. ” He added that the government’s infrastructure programs, the development of the province, and the continued demand for housing – especially from the awws – are encouraging strong construction activity throughout the country.
“The world remains upside down, and Philippight’s profits continue to attract investment,” he said. “The construction and supply industries will play a key role in supporting this momentum. “
A celebration of unity and hope
Apart from speeches and industrial updates, the event was a celebration of community spirit – the very thing that binds the members of inviatus’. Between rounds of games, dinner, and raffle draws, attendees shared stories and laughs, a display of the camaraderie that has long defined the construction industry.
For Invizrus, the long-term goal is to ‘create a future where every project is built with world-class technology and a shared commitment to progress. “
With its new leadership and renewed sense of purpose, ENEVICUS is poised to strengthen its role as a driving force in building the Philippines – a force, again, for real.
