Democtic vets in Congress warn against following illegal military orders, Trump calls treason

US President Donald Trump has released six Democrats this week who released a video to welcome the social security forces advising the military, which can put a stamp on the reform.
Democrats served in the military or intelligence community. They are: Senators Mark Kelly of Arizona and Elissa Slotkin of Michigan, and House members Jason Crow of Colorado, and Chris Deluzio and Chris Deluzio and Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania.
“Our rules are clear: You can refuse illegal orders,” Kelly said in the video.
In the same video, Slotkin added: “We need you to stand up to our laws, our Constitution. Don’t give up.”
While they do not specify which orders are considered illegal, it is Kelly, who was a former captain in the US Navy, after a series of US soldiers who died on boats.

It is said that the Department of Justice has given a legal opinion that those involved in the boat cannot be prosecuted, but the number of limitations in US Herisprudence jurisprudence sometimes, or not.
Graham is ‘disturbed’ by the video
The video led to a backlash from Republicans, to the point of renewing Trump’s visit to the social media community on Thursday and Thursday.
“Rehabilitating Morality, Punishment by Death!” He said in the social truth in the post about this issue.
“This is really bad, and dangerous for our country,” he posted the night before. “Their words are not allowed to stand. To renew the behavior from the athletes !!! Lock them ???”
Ravina Shamdasani, spokeswoman for the UN Commission High Commissioner for Human Rights, the calls are “unacceptable,” and we must stop them immediately.
Asked by a reporter at a press conference on Thursday if Trump actually said that the Democratic lawmakers, who are in the military, behind the video should be killed, White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavet said, “No.”
“Every single order that has been given to the United States for this amount and this fever and the order of war, by the Secretary of War, more,” said Leavift, who added that the final orders could create a national security risk and lead to death.
Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, a former judge general (Jag), was critical of his Democratic colleagues, albeit with more moderation.
“For me to interrupt this video is an understatement,” he tweeted on X Thursday morning. “As a former air force jag, I take the issue of illegal orders very seriously, and I can’t find a single example of an illegal order for this incident in this administration.”
As of September 2, at least 88 people died on the boat. Relatives of a small number of victims whose identities are known have been victimized by drug traffickers. Colombian President Gustavo Petro suspects that the Colombian citizens killed in September were fishermen.
Both Trump and Vice President JD Vence poked fun at the fisherman who fears the waters of Central and South America.
Hegsseth in previous disputes
The Trump administration, with Pete Hegseth serving as defense secretary, has said the military is fighting a “drug-free conflict” and that those on boats carrying drugs could be considered enemy combatants.
Authorities have identified alt-drug groups that they say operate under the auspices of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro. The US has pulled in military forces from other parts of the world, raising the specter that it could happen inside Venezuela.
After a series of attacks on alleged “narco traffickers” in Venezuela, the US has sent its largest carrier to the region. In ELI National, ELI GLOLASNER explains why President Trump’s show of force could be drug related.
Authorities have also increased the hundreds of thousands of drug-related deaths in the US in recent years. The main source of drug deaths is Fentanyl, which experts in foreign deaths may have come from Venezuela, but instead they often come to Americans by smuggling across the US-Mexico Border.
While some Republicans have expressed concern about the lack of information they received from the administration’s brief about the strikes, Senate Democrats have been unable to get Trump to limit his authority without DRM approval.
Democrats have asked why, if the story is so important, the two survivors of the boat strike were sent back to their countries and not arrested or held for extensive questioning.
Graham told CBS Face the nation last month that “the game has changed” with drug cartels. He said he believes Trump, as Commander-in-Chief of the military, has the authority to proceed with the boat.

The most famous american case involving a person being prosecuted for what was an official order was the william carley jr. law, killing us soldiers killing us soldiers killed in modern american military history. Calley, who died last year, was sentenced to life in prison for the deaths of 22 Vietnamese, although his sentence was commuted by President Richard Nixon.
Late in life, Calley apologized and said “not a day goes by that I don’t regret what happened that day in my Lai.”
He said his mistake was following orders, which was his defense when he tried.
Canada balks at getting strikes
The country’s human rights chief and France have said they believe the strikes violate international law. Canada was very quiet about the attack until earlier this month, when Foreign Minister Anita Anand said “It is within the purview of US authorities to do that.”
Anand, like other Canadian officials CBC News asked to comment, emphasized that the US strikes were different from the efforts of the Canadian military and each US involved as part of Operation Caribbe.
Trump has occasionally appeared in a way he dislikes such as Trouveous or pompous.
Since returning to the Presidency in January, Trump has at times called for mobilizing people he sees as political enemies. In this case, Democrats suspect, you have a more compliant Justice Department willing to target some of those people.
Among those who raised his identity in the past to face his national security adviser John Bolton, New York Attorney General Letitia James and former FBI director.
