About 30,000 households to join DHSUD, Pag-Ibig Fund in the National Housing Fund on Oct. 23-24

About 30,000 potential home buyers are expected to attend the Annual Housing Expo as the Department of Human Housing and Urban Development (DHSUD), leading Ibig agencies, and private developers showcase housing opportunities at the PASAY City Center in Oct City 23 and 24.
The event serves as a Pilipino fair extended by the Pilipino Government (0ph). More than 100,000 new homes will be sold with Pag-IBIG loans from the top 50 developers in the country, and more than 30,000 Pag-Ibig properties will be offered at discounts of up to 40%.
“The National Housing Expo represents a significant step that unites and integrates the entire housing sector, both private and public organizations alike, in the fulfillment of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, every Filipino family has access to affordable and appropriate housing,” said DHSUD Secretary and Pag-Ibig Fund Chairman Jose Ramon P. Alinging.
“As part of our activities for the month of Shelter Shelter Local Antante for the events of October in Cagayan de Oro, CEBU, ILOOLO, and this disease of our program nationwide to bring together Filipino families throughout the country,” he added.
At the Expo, visitors will be able to browse and showcase real estate projects in Metro Manila and nearby provinces. The key feature that distinguishes the Expo is that those at the family level are tested with Pag-IBIG HEALL ENITELELES based on their income, allowing them to identify which programs they do not need cheap. They will also be able to receive direct assistance from the PAG-IBIG Fund and attend learning sessions scheduled throughout the two-day event.
Meanwhile, PAG-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marialene C. Acosta affirmed the agency’s commitment to helping other Filipino domestic workers through affordable and accessible financing. He said the Expo underscores the strong collaboration between housing organizations and the private sector in advancing the vision of President Marcos’ vision of inclusive and decent housing for all.
