Andrew is set to receive ‘six payments to cover moving and an annual allowance’
Andrew MountBatten Windsor is said to be set to receive a huge sixth payment and an ongoing annual stipend, as part of the “Resotation Settlement” following his exit from the Royal Lodge.
One sum was made to cover his move from Windsor to a private estate in Sandringham, Norfolk.
This will be followed by regular payments designed to prevent him from “overdoing his new life as normal”, according to claims made by Caretaker newspaper.

The Payout report comes as claims suggest the decision to strip Andrew of Honors and titles was influenced by the Queen’s concerns about the impact on her sexual performance.
According to the Daily Telegraph, Camilla was accused by Andrew’s Association of financial pedophile Jeffrey Epstrein and felt that the ongoing row was getting in the way of her public duties.
The Queen has supported survivors of sexual assault and domestic abuse for years and has recently revealed in a new book that she personally fought a train when she was young.
And the foreboding times Andrew agreed to leave Windsor after his wife Sara Ferguson made it clear she would be leaving the estate.

He will not be moving to Sandringham and will have to get his own property to live in.
The king stripped his prince’s younger brother and Morke of Nork of the leading titles on Thursday night and a statement from Buckingham Palace emphasized both his victims.
The statement said: “Their officials wish to make it clear that their thoughts and feelings have remained, and will remain, with you, the victims and survivors of any form of abuse.”
It is understood that the forces behind the removal were ‘poorly lapses of judgement’ by Andrew and the final decision was made by the king, with support from his extended family including the Prince of Wales.
Earlier in October, it was announced that Andrew had agreed to stop using his titles but would remain an official before the publication of former show vowlia giffre, who had accused the young broadcaster of sex when he was a teenager.

Sandringham in Norfolk is the traditional Christmas gathering place for members of the royal family and the delay will mean any meeting with Andrew over the festive period.

He is eighth in line to the throne but in the worst case scenario Andrew was so close to becoming king that public pressure would intervene.
But there have been calls to bring in legislation to stop any chance, however remote, of him becoming king.
York Central MP Rachael Mardell said there should be time in Parliament to remove Andrew from the throne and said: “I don’t think these things will take much time in the law.”
Downing Street is furious that there are no plans for legislative changes, when asked about making it easier to remove Peerages in the future or remove Andrew from the line of succession.
