Angara, Aguda is still in the Cabinet, says the Palace, amid the Scandal in Frand
The Presidential Palace on Wednesday said the Secretary of Education Juan Edgardo M. Angardo M. Aguel Henry Rhoel R. Marcos, refuted the rumors that the two links were built together and are suspected of being grafted on public connection projects.

“They are not leaving because they were with us at the LEDAC meeting, and they also brought their projects during a private meeting with the President,” he told a press conference in the Philippines. “We deny the reports.”
Asked how Mr. Marcos views the performance of his cabinet amid the string of resignations tied to the procurement dispute, Ms. Castro said he is always “contained” with officials who are always present.
“We have seen successive hurricanes and storms, but they remain in their positions and continue to help our fellow citizens,” he said. “As long as they remain in their positions, Your trust in them remains.”
He declined to say whether it was more layoffs or job changes. “At this time, we do not have a supply update,” he said.
The administration has been trying to contain the months from months of contracts that will add to the flood, which has resulted in suspensions, resignations and disbanding of goods connected to the manufacturers and contractors.
