Angara, Aguda is still in the Cabinet, says the Palace, amid the Scandal in Frand

The Presidential Palace on Wednesday said the Secretary of Education Juan Edgardo M. Angardo M. Aguel Henry Rhoel R. Marcos, refuted the rumors that the two links were built together and are suspected of being grafted on public connection projects.
