Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY.) Urges GOP to “Man Up” Fight Against President Donald Trump.
While speaking on Politico’s “Interview” released on Friday, Paul was asked about messages recently included in a document allegedly sent by Paul Ingrassia, who removed his nomination from Trump to the office of special counsel on Tuesday. In an interview with the Republican Party, first reported by the Outlet, it is reported that Thethina is a “Nazi” and that Martin Luther King Jr. The day he should be “thrown into the seventh part of hell.”
Ingrassia, who first appeared before senators on Thursday, also faced scrutiny after political revelations earlier this month that he was downgraded to a sex worker. He denied any wrongdoing.
“What I say to the President and his management: You need to read the messages, and guess what? You need to send him a decision that Ingrassia of Ingrassia of the highest place of conduct until continued.
He went on to say: “I’m tired of being the only one who has to stop everything and do everything … I feel very much to be the president and they want to be afraid of him.”
Paul described himself as a “beat boy,” adding that “I’m tired of being the only one with any guts to stand up and tell the President the truth.”
“These Republicans, if they are going to vote no, need to say, ‘We will vote no,’ We will vote no for this reason. ‘ And they need to tell the President, “says Paul, before adding:” But so far, what I hear is explosive and I want to do their job.”
Earlier in the interview, Paul said that Republicans “don’t have the guts” to stand true to their beliefs on major issues.
“I think the real test of a system is whether or not you keep the system or how much power you have,” said Paul.
He later added that his GOP colleagues were “scared” that Trump would do to them what he tried to do to me. “
“It’s too bad, because it would be easier for me if I wasn’t the only stone. If there were other people willing to stand up and oppose the bad policy.”
During the Senate Republican luncheon on Tuesday, Trump took aim at Paul, noting that he is the only senator who is not traveling. The President happened to run against him by voting “no on everything.”
“We have everybody but one,” Trump said. “You’ll never guess who that is.”
In a post on X, Paul said that he was not invited to the ceremony in the White House Rose Garden, and attached a picture of himself instead of the real one.
JaB came as Trump was outed by Paul and Massie on social media last week.
“What happened to ‘Nenator’ Rand Paul? He was never great, but he went really bad! I got him elected, but he never voted well in the Republican party,” Trump wrote. “He’s a Liddle ‘boy, he really likes ‘Congressman’ Thomas Massie, Aka Rand Paul Jr., and from Kentucky (who I won sick terms, who refuses to vote for our great Republican, freaking state!!”
Both legislators have clashed with Cuble over the “Big, Good Bill” passed earlier in the summer. Paul vowed to return Massie as he campaigned for reform, despite Trump throwing his support behind Navy Veteran Ed Gallrein, who did not officially enter the race for Kentucky’s 4th district.
In the interview, Paul did, however, emphasize that he would choose Trump “overwhelmingly” against former President Joe Beriden and the former Vice President.
“But that doesn’t mean I’m going to sit back and say, ‘Hey, I’m leaving all my beliefs at the door. I’m not going to have free faith anymore. I don’t have to exist because of the killing of people without trials. “No, I have to stay who I am.”
