Days of Our Lives Early Spoilers Jan 5-9: Chanel Goes Full – Leo Reels in Full Shock!

Days of Our Lives early weekly spoilers for January 5 to 9 reveal Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) snapping and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) freaking out about something.

As we always do on an early edition day. We start with what’s coming this week and then get into what’s coming up next week.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers:

On Wednesday, December 31st, we have DA Belle Black (Martha Madison) making a deal with Melinda Trask (Tina Huang). This could be about Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) as she represented him. Then again, they have to deal with this issue of Rachel Black (Alice Halsey). So, Belle might ask Melinda to just consult and handle the plea deal. I don’t know what that will be since Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) absolutely hates Melinda.

Rachel and Sophia get some New Year’s Eve visitors The Bayview. We will see who will enter the mental ward to see them. Maybe Tate Black (Leo Howard), or maybe Brady and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). I wonder if Sophia will see her lawyer Melinda or her mother, Amy. Perhaps Aaron Greene (Louis Tomeo) is stopping by to check on the mother of his child, Sophia.

DiMera Family Decision: Life Support for Peter

Meanwhile, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) has a big decision to make. It could be about his forgotten brother Peter Blake (Jason Brooks) or something related to Rachel’s problem. The family, however, must decide soon whether to keep Peter on life support or pull the plug and let him slide.

Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis), EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) discuss the options, but EJ says they need to vote as a family and tell University Hospital pulling the plug on Peter’s machine. EJ wants him killed because he thinks Peter might try to hurt them again. And of course, their children may be at risk. So, Tony and Chad might get along, but Kristen might disagree with her other brothers.

Chad’s Awkward Hospital Encounter with a Cat

Chad and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) collide, and cat things fly all over the hospital. Things get difficult. The problem is that next to Cat Greene can call Chad his children, and he recently met Thomas DiMera (Christopher Cary) and Charlotte DiMera (Olivia & Oakley Rondou).

He can’t let Jennifer Horton (Cady McClain) or Thomas see him even talking to Cat. The last time Jennifer and Thomas saw Chad befriending Cat, remember that his son Thomas ran into traffic and got hurt, then a prisoner suit.

New Year’s Eve 2026: Leo’s Wedding and Gwen’s Revenge Plot on Days of Our Lives

Thursday, January 1st is the new year and the first episode of the year. We start in 2026 with Marlena helping Leo. Marlena has already agreed to officiate his wedding, so maybe Leo is looking for some last-minute advice before saying “I do” to Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon). He may need advice on his vows. Leo and Javi’s wedding preparations are in the final stage, and it starts at the end of the week.

The Hernandez family is busy making final preparations. Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) designed the ring for the ceremony and the dress for the other person. We have Gabi and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) continuing their responsibility on Thursday. Gabi might go with Gwen’s custom wedding dress. It was a Gabi Chic first he paid for a boatload of money.

Is Stefan Really Dead on DOOL?

I wonder if they will talk about the death of Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) called Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel). I’m sorry, but posting a picture of a headstone is not proof. Gwen got a last-minute invite to Leo’s wedding, and now she has a beautiful dress and plans for Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) too. Gwen takes her husband back to Leo’s boat.

Meanwhile, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) is not happy with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) because she wants to stay with DiMera for now. He says they could use the money, and Chanel might be frustrated because Johnny is stressed about her pregnancy.

Friday Spoilers: Alex’s Proposal and Dimitri’s Return to Salem

On Friday, January 2nd, we have Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) giving Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) an outdated Christmas present. He says he forgot to give her the last gift. We know love is in the air. So, will Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) propose? We know they will get married sometime in 2026. Dimitri von Leuschner is back Days of Our Lives on Friday. We find Gwen bringing her cheating husband to Salem to stir the pot.

Now, it just happens to be the same day as Javi and Leo’s wedding. Chad is there, which Leo wanted as he is her best man. Marlena helps celebrate. Gabi, Arianna Horton (Marissa Reyes), and Rafe are also there, along with more strangers acting as seat fillers. I wonder if Dimitri will be Gwen’s and one. We know that Dimitri is in the mansion soon with Leo in the DiMera mansion.

A Salem Wedding to Remember: Leo, Javi, and the Letter Mystery

Gwen is completely pissed off and frustrated sitting in the front seat as her ex, who is cheating on Leo, gets her dream wedding and the man of her dreams when Gwen’s wedding falls apart for Leo. Also, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) is surprised by Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), and we will see what the OG lovers will end up with in 2026 during the week of January 5 to 9.

I wonder if Leo and Javi will have a wedding crash, or if we’ll get one of those super weird Salem weddings where there’s no trouble, no hostages, no secret drag queen husband, and no real bombs. Like, wasn’t Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady’s (Victoria Konefal) wedding blown up?

I also want to see if Gwen will have Dimitri show up at the wedding or if she will arrange for Leo to see Dimitri after he says “I see him.” We know that Dimitri will see Leo. They’re in the DiMera mansion, and Dimitri von Leuschner gives Leo Stark a big, old-fashioned kiss. He may be a married man at that time.

I think Gwen wrote a divorce letter and Dimitri may be head over heels for Leo. That would be a big surprise for Leo because he moved on and fell in love with Javi because Dimitri dumped him. If Dimitri isn’t the author of “Dear Leo”, that’s drama right there and there’s a lot of soap. I can’t wait to find out.

EJ and New Year’s Cat Connection in Days of Our Lives

EJ and Cat might kiss on New Years. We know the cat kisses EJ soon. And while his other interest is Kat doing research on the ISA and FBI case, there’s more to it. They have a legitimate connection. They have good chemistry, and you can’t leave those dimples out of the sun for too long.

Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) wants to save The Titan by any means necessary. And if that means working with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), the guy who starched his beloved son, Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), he will. Kate came up and showed Xander the letter Bonnie had written the other afternoon. This whole thing of thinking that trashy novels are going to save the corporate empire is bad writing anyway, but that’s what we have.

Chanel and Johnny don’t agree on a few things, and this could put a strain on their marriage and her pregnancy. We will find out more about EJ and Dr.’s secret mission. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) down in the lab. We’re counting down the days until we find out who’s in that giant human-sized test tube. I’m leaning towards Lexie Carver (Renee Jones) right now.

Owen Kent (Wes Ramsey) may be stepping up his efforts to track down Stephanie, but we’re still waiting for Owen’s ghost date to be confirmed. The guy is looking to kill Alex and take Stephanie with him. Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) returns to Salem from her vacation in Paris, and this may be when her new bad attitude begins. He quickly gets into an attitude with Tate and Ari.
