Days of our lives: Sami Brady’s return to Salem

Okay, let’s get into it. So, it’s official Days Spoilers say that Sami has several reasons for returning to Salem. First, he needs to meet his new grandfather, Trey, aka Johnny Dimera (Carson Bootman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens)’s Baby, John Roman Dimera III. The second thing is Sami should go to the Grand Airgal Gala for the free Tom Horton (Zach Chyz) Clinic. Also, Sami will tell everyone the surprising news that he is committed.

That seems to be left field because he didn’t go to see anyone when he was in town in the summer. It’s exciting news though as Sami Brady has been a future favorite for decades. But he didn’t have a lot of full-time affairs in the field for a while. That is not the case Days. Alison Sweeney made that choice because she is very busy with movies and other projects. So he comes in, hits the town like My Storm, and looks back every now and then when he’s needed.

If you remember, Sami came to Salem earlier this year to comfort Johnny after learning that EJ Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel) was basically conceived as a rape product. And then after the death of John Black (Drake Hogestyn), Sami came back. But it was after the funeral had taken place and he showed up to comfort his mother, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).

Also, Sami was there to support Johnny, who was charged with attempted murder by his father, ej. But Sami left Sarem again because he had to take care of his daughter, Sydney Dimera (Avery and Cade Seger), who was recovering from surgery after breaking her leg. So, My Storm made a place in Salem soon.

Last Sami Sportline for days

The last time he was in town for any length of time, if you remember, when he did the big rescue, was when Sami was resurrected right there. And she didn’t know it at the time, but it was Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) who kidnapped her. He was afraid that Sami would go back to EJ. So, Lucas kidnapped Sami and built Ej. And then Lucas played hero and rode in to save Sami.

Of course, the truth came out at the worst moment when Lucas and Sami were at the altar and about to be pronounced husband and wife. Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) burst into the church. He threw such a Bombshell that Lucas was a hostage. And then, Sami came out and threw him right there. So Lucas wound up in the Statesville prison for his crimes, but he’s been out for a while now. That was Sami’s last love that we knew of, her ill-fated marriage to Lucas. And it was also the last time Sami was engaged, as far as we know.

For the upcoming 60th anniversary Days of our livesSami brings back episodes to celebrate Milestones and meets Dr. Tom Horton (Zach Chyz) Free Fancy-Schmacty Gala Clinic. So, Sami will tell her family to be involved, but who’s standing up for them? Who is the mystery man? Is Sami’s fiancé a blast from her past, or something new?

First, we know who is missing. I highly doubt it’s his ex Rafe Hernandez (Glen Gering). He and Sami had a brief marriage and a few engagements after their divorce, but that was years ago. Hunky FBI agent has been single since breaking off his engagement to Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu). And despite the fact that he has been rebelling against the screen tour of Sami, it seems that there may be a chance for Rafe and Sami to rekindle their romance, which is too bad for Rafe because he needs a lady in his life.

EJ is a long engshot as sami’s new fiancé

Also, I could say that there is no way that Sami is engaged to her husband in Ex. He was busy working on the secret Sketchy Lab and the clinic he was hiding and harassing the doctors at the hospital. Also, EJ is still in love with Sami’s sister, Marle Black (Martha Madison).

EJ lost it when he pulled that stunt on Johnny’s case when he brought up his relationship with Belle. And bottom line, EJ still loves belle even though she’s in KUMALE. Therefore, it worried Sami that Belle was dating ej. Sami had some harsh words for her younger sister, Belle, about this.

I think ej will always carry the torch for Sami, but I have no doubts that he is open to having EJ again. And, from the few connections we’ve seen, it seems like the vibe isn’t right. He still cares about her. He still loves her. I think that makes ej a long shot as Sami’s new Fiancé.

Days of our lives: exploring other possible suits from Sami’s past

Now, let’s talk about Austin Reed (Austin Peck). A long time Days Fans know Sami had a crush on Austin when she was young, but she loved her sister Carrie Brady (Tracy Middendorf). I’ll spare you all the gory details, but Sami told lies and did bad things while trying to find Austin. At one point, when she was younger, Samine even drugged her and basically raped her. The Sami are not proud of that.

He confessed to Johnny when he was in town this spring. But as far as we know, Austin is happily married to Carrie, living in Europe, and neither is Sami. But another viable option from the past would be Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) ex-son, Brandon Walker (Math Cedeño). We haven’t seen him in Salem since 2005. So, it’s been 20 years.

He and Sami had a strong relationship and had a brief marriage. Before Brandon left Salem, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) drugged Sami and wound up in bed together. At the time, Sami was in a relationship with Lucas. So, obviously, Kate was trying to mess that up. Brandon left and Sami was left to clean up the mess Kate had caused.

Days of Our Lives: Is Lucas Horton the one to put a ring on it?

Therefore, the most likely person that Sami is engaged to, if it is one of his past favorites, is the one and only Lucas Horton. He’s been away from Salem for a while, so the two of them couldn’t patch up the screen. It’s possible that mine may have gotten some nice lucas bugs too. Also, we heard that Bryan Dattilo is back in time to sweep in November and to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Days of our lives.

If you remember, we even caught a glimpse of Lucas in that summer extended and crossed Promo. So, maybe Sami will finally marry Lucas again. I know you will be happy about it. If the new fiancé really is lucas, oh my, kate is probably going to be totally ablute. She always tried her best to keep Lucas away from Sami.
