According to the agreement, Hamas would return all Israeli hostages – living and dead – within 72 hours of its signing. In exchange, Israel would release 360 Palestinian bodies from Palestine and about 2,000 prisoners.
Hamas said that the permanent damage to the Palestinian territory and the continued military control of certain parts of Gaza has slowed down the recovery of the bodies of the dead tailors.

For days, Hamas and Israel have sold the blame for the violation of the fire condemned by the US.
