– For todayNow you can listen to FOX news headlines!
Sunday for the New York Jets began with a terrible loss, as legendary center Nick Mangeld passed away after a long battle with kidney disease.
But his old team honored him in a big way with a surprise victory with their first victory of the season 39-38 turlilles over the Cincinnati Bengals.
Justin Fields and Justin’s offense scored 23 points in the fourth quarter – points that stun Goe Flacco and the Bengals, as they moved to 1-7 on the season. Meanwhile, Cincinnati’s momentum was charged after a big win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. They are now 3-5 per season.

The fourth quarter began with the Bengals’ 31-16 lead, as Flacco picked up where he left off in that Steelers game and continued to find the Bengals instead of scoring touchdowns. But Fields, coming into this game with tons of scrutiny for his enthusiasm this season, continued to move the ball and stay in the game.
Therefore, the quarter saw Brece Brece Hall running, who had 18 yards for 18, two touchdowns, burst 35 yards to set up in the red zone. A few plays later they entered the end zone, and instead of going for the extra point, the Jets went for a two-point field goal.
With the game at 31-24 instead of Cincinnati, the game of the Bengals’ run perine that responded with Chase Brown and Samaje Perine led the way in the next move which is managed by his second game.

But, again, the jerseys went back, as the second touchdown of the quarter hall was a 27-run in which they avoided many tacklers, stayed in the texts and found colored paint. The Jets went two for the second straight drive, and this was important as Isaiah Davis caught a pass and just broke the goal line on the review to make it 36-32.

However, the Jets defense needed to come up with a stove because Flacco continued to pick them apart during that period. Job done, as McDonald IV secured the first sack of the first game at 10, 10, forcing a punt.
The Jets took advantage of the opportunity to go on a touchdown pass to tight end Mason Taylor to take the lead following the extra point.
While the Jets celebrated, they knew the Bengals had all three of their own and enough time on the clock to get in the face of Evan McPherson’s field goals and attempt the game-winner. But Flacco couldn’t find Andre Iosivas twice on third-fourth-and-9 to convert the ball and walk away giving their jerseys their first touchdown of the year.
