Marijuana Msos Enter Texabis Medical Cannabis fast

Major Marijuana operators are among nine companies poised to enter Texas’ fast-growing medical cannabis market.
The Texas Department of Public Safety on Monday granted initial approval for CanLieve Cannabis Corp.
The new expanded combined licenses come to the full expansion of medical cannabis in Texas, which for years has been one of the state’s most stringent and limited programs.
TCUP has limited access to CBD oil to critically ill patients, and limited business participation to only three companies.

Who is entering the medical cannabis market for Texabis?
Under a bill signed into law this summer by Gov. Greg abbott, the number of licensees allowed to produce CBD Oil in the state reaches from 3 to more than 15, each one is allowed to work in a certain region.
According to morning news, the first 12 permits can be obtained from:
- Verano Texas LLC, El Paso County.
- TruLieve TX Inc. west of the Texas Panhandle.
- Texas Patient Access LLC in North Texas.
- Lonestar Heat Care COUNT LLC North Texas.
- Lone Star Bioscience Inc. in San Antonio and Central Texas.
- PC TX OPCO LLC / Pharmacann in the Houston area.
- A Texas LLC case in the Houston area.
- Texa Op / Texarx in Rio Grande Valle Valle.
- Dilatso LLC in North Texas.
Three more permits will be issued in the spring.
According to DPS, these conditional options do not guarantee licenses. Businesses must first meet all compliance requirements before proceeding.
What is new and what is allowed in Texas Medical Marijuana?
Vaporizing is also legal for the first time, but smokeless flower is still banned.
The list of medical conditions eligible patients for access to this program has also been expanded to include:
- Chronic pain.
- Traumatic brain injury.
- Any “illness or terminal condition or condition” treated with intensive care or hospice.
