Kansas leaders filed criminal charges Wednesday against Joe Ceballos, the mayor of a small town in rural Kansas, who allegedly voted in several elections but is not a US citizen.
Kansas Secretary of State Scott Schwab and Kansas Conneral Kris Kobach, both elected candidates, announced that they have issued six cases in Mebanche County against 2022, 2023 and 2024.
CEBLBLBOS is the mayor of Coldwater and previously served as the City Council.
States are required by law to have procedures in place to regularly clean up voter registration lists, also known as VOTER rolls. This process involves using foreign information on the screen about noncitizens, Kobach, a long-time immigration hawk and ally of President Donald Trump, said it was infallible evidence.
“False voting is a real problem. It’s not something that happens once in ten years.

The CeBLBLS charges, which include Perjury and Voting without Qualification, according to the complaint reviewed by FOX News Digital, carry a maximum penalty of more than five years in prison. Ceballos did not respond to a request for comment.
Kobach, who previously served as Kansas Secretary of State, has a long history of pushing ID laws for the Tougheration Equint. In 2018, he lost a high-profile lawsuit after trying to overturn a federal law requiring voters to vote, a violation of federal election laws.

The court said at the time that the federal law could not be “justified by SCANT’s evidence of inconsistent voter fraud before and after the law was passed.”
Kobach could not be clarified how the state officials came to learn that the Mayor and the previous City Council are suspected of having noncuimelizen, but said the investigators “to ‘prove the evidence’ against ceBLBLS.

Kobach said that city officials, such as mayors, are also required by law to be US citizens, which the lawyer said ” Ceballos was voting to be reorganized on election day, but the official results have not been reported.
“For the most part, our system is now based on trust, we trust that when a person signs the registration or signs the ballot papers saying that he is the right person or that the person is telling the truth,” said Kobaki. “This time we say that Mr. Ceballos broke that hope.”

Kobach and Schwab said they recently began taking advantage of a federal government database that helps store rolls—check records with immigration records they expect to identify potential violations.
