Documents reviewed by the AP show that groups of border passengers are scheduled to cross into areas in Southeast Louisiana, from New Orleans through Jefferson, St. Bernard and St. Tammanyry. There are also plans for Federal Agents to enter southern Mississippi.

In preparation for the operation, federal agents have been finding several language sites. The AP, citing people familiar with the matter, said a portion of the FBI’s New Orleans Field office has been outsourced as a command post.
