Police have ruled out terrorism in a stabbing attack at a UK training camp and two men have been arrested

British police dismissed speculation on Sunday that the previous major stabbing attack on a London train was terror-related and that the injured remained in a life-threatening condition.

The police also said that the two men, who were born in the United Kingdom, were kept in custody at different police stations. They were arrested eight minutes after emergency calls were made at 7:42 PM from the trains, where passengers had reported scenes of panic and chaos with continued safety in the bathrooms.
