Puregold CinePanalo and FDCP partner to open global opportunities for Filipino filmmakers
The prestigious Puregold CinePanalo Film Festival, now in its third year, has become a platform that opens meaningful opportunities for Filipino filmmakers. This year, the festival takes an important step forward in partnership with the Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) – a union that provides greater visibility, international screening opportunities, and new channels to connect with audiences around the world. In Puregold CinePanalo’s opinion of “Panel of Husay” along with FDCP’s prestigious programs and resources, the festival continues to showcase amazing Filipino stories while helping filmmakers expand their reach both domestically and internationally.
Through the FDCP Special Partnership Program (SPP), filmmakers participating in Puregold CinePanalo 2026 can take advantage of tangible opportunities for professional growth and exposure. Possibilities include screenings at FDCP Cinematheque facilities, appearances on JuanFlix: FDCP Channel, and possible inclusion in FDCP international mission delegations, connecting their work to a wider audience and global industry networks.

The upcoming Puregold CinePanalo 2026 will be held at Gateway Cineplex 18 and selected Ayala Cinemas locations in Metro Manila, featuring seven full-length films and 20 student short films.
