TORONTO – Snail Inc., Canada’s leader in smart parcel locking technology, and Elvora Properties Corporation, one of Quebec’s fastest growing real estate management groups, have entered into a definitive partnership to deploy up to 200 smart locking sites in the Abitibi region, marking one of the largest deployments of smart Québec infrastructure ever announced.

The partnership combines Snaile’s smart parcel management technology with Elvora’s history of real estate and location technology, to increase safe, efficient access to e-commerce infrastructure throughout northern Quebec.

Building Smart Delivery Infrastructure at Scale

Under the partnership, Snail will use its award-winning smart locker hardware, software, and monitoring platform, enabling a secure, cloud-managed delivery infrastructure across all sites. The system includes real-time analytics, encrypted access, and centralized monitoring to support high-volume, multi-use environments.

Elvora will use its extensive properties and facilities, permitting capabilities, and local relationships to integrate technology into all residential, commercial, commercial and industrial areas throughout the Abitibi region.

The rollout will begin in early 2026, with gradual expansion to reach up to 200 active smart locker locations over the next 24 months, establishing Abitibi as the provincial leader in delivery infrastructure.
