The burning questions we still have after ‘bad: for good’

The long-awaited conclusion to the synchronization of images of the universe – Ms Finally hit the theaters, bringing together the story we thought we knew about Dorothy’s arrival in OZ. However, we don’t get to see much of a teenage girl from Kansas after her home country lands in the east and is sent to see the Wizard (Jeff Goldblum) with pieces that were not physical.
Bad: good it shines enough on the wonderful music and the dynamic relationship between Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) and Glinda to disrupt how they find the lowest pastures of LAETS of L. Frank Baum The wizard of oz. However, in the end there were so many decisions made that more questions were left than answers.
We were hoping to pick up a director inspired by Jon M. CHU, a first – Ms The installation set a whole new kind of OZ audience around the world in the twin world. While the stage musical focused on its good and evil witches, its cinematic release reseated Nessarose (Marissa Bode), Fiyero (Jonathan Bailey), and Boq (Ethan Slater) as part of the Ensemble. Along with them, many setups remained unfulfilled in ways that made us want to take the road down the yellow brick road at risk with the wizard.
Here are some great questions that remain haunt and hurt we after watching Bad: good.
1. Who supports the evil witch, really?

There isn’t much explanation as to whether Elphaba’s animal rescue efforts have, at least over the years, gotten her any help in support between the events of – Ms and Bad: good. Oz hates him for stealing from the grimmerie and helping the animals to escape. But he was also hated by the animals for helping – namely the winged monkeys and the cowardly lion. Meanwhile, Glinda and Fiyero continue to find him by finding him through the Wizard and Marible’s narrative that they need to be caught but he is caught in public because of their friend.
2. Why is Dorothy’s story invisible? – Ms?
When on stage, it makes sense that Dorothy will all be done with Shadowplay, considering that it is not a story that is done twice. Broadway audiences go in knowing this is an alternative take on the events of The Wizard of Oz and it doesn’t really need to be filled. Bad: one partHowever, it creates many relationships, including the sister of ELPPABA with Nessarose and the description of her mother’s shoes.
For some viewers, – Ms Their first introduction into the world of OZ, and the expansion of the story would seem to commit itself to the participation of Dorothy’s role as a medium in all the drama between the three witches. That, and there are so many dorothy dolls and figures in the playsets that it feels like we’re getting more out of Bad: good About how a young man from Kansas is accidentally used as a pawn to kill nessarose and asks to melt elphaba.
It’s a real breakthrough in a character that could make AA reuse Chu’s creative lens to get a new generation of young people to follow him. I mean, teenagers being used as political pawns? Evergreen. We get that she’s not the main character here, but she could have been used to reinforce elphie and Glinda’s love for each other, not as a check box.
3. Why was the fiyero playing dumb around the tin-man boq?

Yes, Fiyero is turned into a lump, who joins Dorothy on the yellow brick road with a rescued lion cub, and it seems that he cannot remind his girlfriend, and who has always worried about his girlfriend and now has a real ax to grind. between Bad: for good, Boq is trying to escape the misery of clinging to NESSA to stop Gilda from marrying Fikero before the burning sisters turn him into a Monster, and his motive is yet to come. He looks hard at her in the crowd as she raises her complaints against Elphaba for ruining her life. At that point, Glinda probably doesn’t know tin-biq or his role in her loneliness. But somehow, we’re supposed to believe that he meets this teenage girl and suddenly wants a wizard to give her a heart? And fiyero’s Guard suit is like a dress? Or does Fero say he also hates Elphaba for turning her?
4. When did Fiyero and Elphaba plan his death and death?
A poppy field for the Wicked Witches of the West Minister to throw Dorothy and the lion to bed (sort of Shiz!) might help fill this void. There was no exchange between them – except you gave us a moment of Fiyero it looks like we’re turning on him because he’s ‘dumb’ now we could quickly see the show before BoQ came into the picture.

This one strikes me the most because even when he had a heart, it was already down to him, and you get one in the fight. So he won’t go back to being a flaming stalker, but now he looks more terrifying? Gilda, you’re in danger, girl. But in all seriousness: boq does not get a decision after being set up as a member of Exberen Ensert does not work.
6. Did the Wizard ever think like an illusion?
After he leaves OZ and realizes he just killed his daughter, he basically takes the ball off his back sans dorothy in the book. Everyone in Emerald City is happy to see him go, but why? It’s not because they really hate him; He used them on animals to create arguments so they could ask themselves, but to which side? Thanks for doing nothing, I guess.
7. Isn’t there a madam watch in evil flames as a true villain besides Elphaba and Glinda?

The incredible rebellion of the wizard to continue his cause in the animals has never been done in the mind. It is possible that he got the womb and his hatred of animals, perhaps related to doctor Dillamond by attacking intelligence more than him, and knowledge is more respected than power. That kind of frame could explain its evil to me, it needs to be removed from the animal species. And, his punishment? It is very soothing. He complained to the animals and killed the mayor of Munchkinlandland. Those octopuses had to go straight to Elphie to get her revenge.
8. Why does persuasion of animals take away their ability to speak?
Apart from the obvious sign, it never explains if the cages are making normal human beings of the world or if they are frightened and stopped in their tracks. We see Dillamond return to Shiz to finally teach, but there are no words or any kind of rescue for elfaba in his class, at least!
9. How does Dorothy get home?
Elphaba finds the whole song of “there’s no place like home,” a mantra that finds Dorothy home with the tap of the magic shoes, which are mostly seen inside The Wizard of Ozbut that is stubbornly stopped here without PayOff. There could be a return to Nessarose’s feet, where Elphaba realized that home would never bring her, which would explain why she chose to leave Oz with Glinda to help her come to terms with her role as her enemy. It wouldn’t be right for him to use those words as a spell to complete himself as the new leader while we use the magical thropp slippers to return to Kansas.
10. Why did Elphaba throw away her shoes with Oz?
between Bad: for good, Elphaba’s motivation to stay in OZ is to protect us even though it’s stressful, then to get her mother’s shoes back, but behind her heart for Glinda, everything seems to change. It’s sad to see him give up his fight and encourage his friend to exercise his right to be good and find the magic inside him to do what he couldn’t do because he’s rude. But it’s okay because he has his straw prince and he’s gone to a faraway land, which may or may not be a human land. It doesn’t matter.
