The store is set to open on the Las Vegas strip in 2026

The Corner Store, which has been one of New York City’s most exciting restaurants since September 2024, is headed to Las Vegas. The Seer confirmed that Eugene REMM, Tilman Matchetta and Cattof Reality Group have signed an agreement to open a second room store in 2026 on the strip.
And while many operators are changing their brand and creating new concepts in Las Vegas, REMM (Who was hosting Aria in Las Vegas since 2018) knows where his half is.
“I know what I’m good at,” Romm tells viewers. “I know what I’m not good at. I’m not good at shows and dancing and anything like that.
At heart, the room store is UpScale New Thatha Joint Classic Agency. Crowd-pleasing dishes from Culinary director Michael Viggola at the Corner Shop, Spinach Artichoke DIP, Wagyu French Roll, Wagyu French Rip, Riff Rolls.

“New York was perfect for American American grill,” Armm said. “It was ready for something that wasn’t filled with a bunch of words and wasn’t filled with just American cuisine.”
At the same time, the restaurant of the room wants to raise the standard food, so its lobster rolls are stuffed with caviar and its custom pizzas are created with ricotla pizzas, taleledte, mozzarella alongside peppery, ‘Nduja and Jalapeñono. There is a house farm and hot honey on the side.
Armm says: “We make everything from scratch. “We do it every single day. There is nothing frozen on the entire menu. There are no economies of scale.”
In New York, the Corner Store is a cozy 75-seat restaurant where Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter recently dined together. In Las Vegas, there will be double occupancy. But as REMM points out, this is still a lot smaller than the big LAS Vegas restaurants as a catch-up, and you know it’s important to keep the vibe of the corner store.
“The only difference, I was saying, is that instead of having an amazing martini system in one bar, we’re building a second bar that’s designed like a martini for martinis,” Armm said.
Given the popularity of the martini service in the corner of New York, Las Vegas visitors will be cultivating days to try everything from chamomile vesters to sour cream and onion martinis.

REMM is on the way to expansion, but focuses on small restaurants. In September, he opened Eighty six35-SATEE West Villain Steakhouse in historic Chumley’s. He plans to open a 75-seat Mediterranean restaurant by chef Nadav Greenberg in Soho, across the street from the room shop, early next year.
“I think the world is looking for smaller spaces, more intimate experiences,” Arm said. “This is where we are. I want to do one concept, and I want to do it all in New York, and I want to go to work every day, and I want to improve the restaurants and our office on 14th street.”
REMM has no plans to expand the store beyond Las Vegas.
“I don’t believe that the room store should be repeated all over the country, and I think I want to focus on the unique areas of one store,” he said.
But he says he’s doing something different because he got a special opportunity in Las Vegas, where the room shop will join prominent restaurants like Cartomia, Gymkhana and Stardiano’s.
“I love what’s happening in Las Vegas,” Armm said. “I want the best restaurants to come to Las Vegas. I’m excited about all of them. LAS Vegas is the next logical step in the room store, and we’re going to bring the store experience to New York.”
