The Trump Administration on Tuesday said it has made all immigration applications, including green cards and citizenship applications, included for immigrants from non-European countries, out of concern for national security and public safety.

Slow travel applies to people from 19 countries that were previously banned in the travel ban in June, putting further restrictions on the distribution of feet – a basic feature of US President Donald Trump’s Proplat.

The list of countries includes Afghanistan and Somalia.

The official memorandum outlining the new policy lays out the attack by members of the US National Guard in Washington last week where an Afghan man was arrested as a suspect. One member of the morning security was killed and another was seriously injured in the shooting.

Trump has escalated his rhetoric on Somalis in recent days, calling them “garbage” and saying “we don’t want them in our country.”

About 80,000 Somalis live in Minnesota, mostly in urban cities. Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey said the community has long been an economic and cultural symbol of the area.

He also said that the majority of Somalis in the US are American citizens, and that he is confident that there is an immigration act that will bring people into the country legally.

Trump last month said he was urgently investigating to protect the temporary deportation of Somalis living in Minnesota, saying “criminal gangs” were threatening the state, without providing evidence or details.

Local authorities said Trump’s portrayal was untrue. Of the total, 705 Somalis are in the country on temporary protected status, according to government records.

Target countries are already on the US Restricted List

Since returning to office in January, Trump has prioritized traffic congestion, sending Federal Agents to major US cities and removing asylum seekers from the US-Mexico Border. His administration has often highlighted deportations but so far the focus has been on reform efforts.

The fury of the restrictions promised since the attack by the members of the National Guard suggests a greater focus on the legal delivery that has fled to protect the security of the entire country Joe Badiden with his policies.

The list of countries referred to in the Tripartite Memorandum includes Afghanistan, Burma, Chad, Republic of the Congo, Emitrea, Sudan, Sudan, Sudan, Sudan, Sudan, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Somalia, Libya, includes a full suspension of a few entries.

Others in the list of 19 countries, which were under restrictions in June, are Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Turkmenistan and Venezuela.
