Unexplored Piers Morgared hits £97m estimate as Rain Group puts up £30m for global expansion

Pires Morgan arranged around a $100 million valuation of media-driven organizations, unaudited, after receiving a large round of investment from some of the most influential figures in world affairs and finance.
Sky News has revealed that Morgan is filing for bankruptcy for around $30 million (£22.5 million)
The financial cycle brings Chise Blue supporters. Rain Group, the powerful US merchant bank known for advising on the sale of Chelsea FC and Manchester United, is set to become the main owner, with a legal employer, with founder Joe Ravitch expected to join the Board of Directors.
Media Greek Magnate Theo Kyriakou, who owns Antenna, and invests, alongside the family’s global offices. Moteran Michael Kassan advises on advertising strategy and can invest personally.
A source close to the deal said confirmation of key details is imminent.
Morgan is a ‘billion-dollar’
While Morgan’s stake was not disclosed, insiders estimate that the $130m valuation puts his interest well into the tens of millions.
The ambition, said one wish, is very high: “The desire to grow this into a multi-billion dollar company in a few years.”
Morgan is putting together a great leadership structure to take advantage of the scale and focus of the wider Digital Media Group. Strategies include launching “verticals” of multiple verticals under the non-targeted product, sports, history, technology and possibly politics, with prominent areas on the front of each channel.
Morgan’s strategy has been validated by the Blockbuster audience. Interviews with Cristiano Ronaldo and Novak Djokovic have generated hundreds of millions of views after reposted clips on social media.
The defined YouTube channel now has 4.3 million subscribers, almost half of whom are based in the US. A surprisingly small share of viewers, with a significant following in the Middle East, South Africa and Asia – the spread of people confirmed that Morgan will support journalism they can do journalism they can do journalism they can do journalism in a national tradition.
His access to major political figures, including President Donald Trump, with whom he has spoken repeatedly, is expected to play in the light of other frustrated countries.
Morgan parted ways with Rupert Murdoch News UK earlier this year in a deal that gave him full ownership of the undisclosed channel. A four-year time-sharing arrangement now allows News UK to take a slice of the advertising budget until 2029, and Morgan is focused on a transition that is not intended to focus on the Standalone Powerhouse.
His previous contract with Murdoch saw him write columns for The Sun and the New York Post, and publish his latest book Resurrection.
The expansion of Morgan’s prominence is against a backdrop of seismic shifts reaching the media landscape. Netflix This week agreed to the management of Warner Bros. for $ 83
Traditional publishers such as access, the owner of the daily mirror and the Daily Express, now carry prices as low as $ 176 million, it is appropriate.
Morgan believes that these dynamics in the market have opened the door to the news media driven by personality to flourish: “He is an untaught product that allows my team and I the freedom to command YouTube a powerful and influential media platform.”
This weekend, he added: “I’m very happy that some of the most experienced and successful players in the global media industry share my vision of excellence in their lack of focus.”
