Virginia Republican Gumbernatorial candidate Earse-Sears mocked MSNBC’s “Joune” on Wednesday after suggesting she voted for her Democratic opponent, Abigail Spanberger, was a doctor.

In the segment, Brzezinski emphasized how important it is to elect Spanberger and other real democrats to the party and the country.
“It’s amazing where Abigail Spanberger, Mike Sherrill – her background, all the different jobs she’s held in the war. And, like Elissa Slotkin, these women are amazing,” she said.

Jong-Fast noted that Sherrill has campaigned hard in her race against the early convention Jack Ciattarelli of New Jersey for the new Governor of New Jersey but appeared concerned about the outcome.
Lemire said that although both candidates led to their election, their races remain competitive.
“Yes, Sherrill had a few bad things in his campaign, but he still has, as you say, a five or six point lead in the polls.

Lemire suggested that part of the challenge may be getting rid of the lingery of the country in which he lives.
“But with Mika and Molly coming out, I mean, this is something that a lot of Democrats are dealing with right now,” Lemire continued. “They nominated two women in the last three presidential elections – they lost both. There are some who say, ‘Yeah, we can’t do that again. The numbers are too high.’ But then, that falls into the same unfair trap. “
